The Clearaudio Signature turntable series is a special edition of the new Concept Signature, exclusively for the U.S. market. It represents advancements in high-end performance with special U.S. improvements. There are four basic models, The Signature with the Satisfy Black tonearm for $3000, the Signature with the Satisfy Carbon Fiber tonearm for $3300, The Signature with the Signature Black Carbon Fiber tonearm (Triple Black) and with an upgraded Professional Power 12-Voltv outboard linear power supply for $4000, and The Signature with the Tracer Black Carbon Fiber tonearm (Triple Black) and with the upgraded Professional Power 12-Voltv outboard linear power supply for $5000 . Any of these can be purchased with a wood finish for an extra $500. The Clearaudio importer, Musical Surroundings, negotiated special package pricing with the manufacturer to create these Signature combinations, thus affording the user tremendous value for these new offerings.

The Signature combines the technological and material science advancements from the entire Clearaudio turntable line, highlighted by the AiR 12v DC coreless motor with new speed control circuitry derived from the award-winning Reference Jubilee turntable, TSC speed control. This Tacho-Speed-Control constantly monitors the rotational speed and provides real-time feedback to the control electronics, enabling the system to respond immediately to ever-changing influences such as stylus drag, belt tension, friction, and temperature. A version of the O-Ring IMS (improved motor suspension), derived from the Reference Jubilee turntable, isolates the AiR DC coreless motor, for enhanced vibration control.

The Professional Power 12v in black, an $800 value, is included with the Triple Black Signatures. It assures purer power for the Signature AiR motor and sophisticated self-regulating electronics. It is a transformer-based, linear power supply developed to maximize the air motor. Physical isolation is accomplished with the same convenient leveling feet used in the Performance DC turntable.

The triple-black Signature has two tonearm options, the Tracer Black and the new Signature Black Satisfy Carbon Fiber. Both tonearms feature black carbon fiber arm tubes which are exceptionally lightweight and rigid for reducing resonance and enhancing clarity. Clearaudio Direct Wire tonearm cable is hardwired into the arms and terminated with gold-plated RCA plugs to assure music signal integrity. The Tracer Black tonearm features a precision bearing, an aluminum headshell with a large mounting surface for easy azimuth alignment, and an optimal center of gravity counterweight. The Tracer is hardwired with Clearaudio Sixstream cables terminating in gold-plated RCA plugs.
