This year NAD has introduced two new products, the M10 V2 Bluesound streaming amplifier at $2749 and the C298 HybridDigital power amplifier at $1999.

NAD now offers the new and improved Master Series M10 V2 BluOS Streaming Amplifier, an update to the critically-acclaimed M10. The M10 V2 improves on its predecessor by including an IR remote controller for use when your phone or tablet isn't available, updated gain algorithms, a thoroughly-modernized upgrade path to Dolby Digital 4.0, 4.1 or 4.2-channel surround sound while complementing other key technologies such as Dirac Live, AirPlay 2, hands free voice control, BluOS music streaming, and the award-winning functionality and sound signature of the first generation model. The M10 V2 is clearly the master of all it surveys. Even with all of the improvements and added functionality, the price is the same as the previous version, making the V2 an even better value. Some of its highlights include:

• HDMI eARC input
• 6dB total higher gain for a higher maximum volume (very useful in combination with Dirac)
• 6dB extra gain for both subwoofer outputs to allow for easier system integration
• Better control of volume adjustment when using apps and with the touch-screen
• BluOS RC1 remote included
• Surround sound capability can be achieved by adding a Bluesound POWERNODE with your favorite loudspeakers or by using a pair of PULSE FLEX 2i Bluesound, powered loudspeakers
• New and improved display technology that uses IPS instead of TFT

Outside of Bluesound, the M10 V2 is the only "Just Add Loudspeakers" product that features the BluOS multi-room, hi-resolution 24/192 streaming platform, Dolby Digital surround sound expandability, and Dirac Live Room Correction.

NAD is making the new Eigentakt (self-clocking) technology, recently introduced in the EISA award winning Masters M33, available to a wider audience with the release of the C 298 Stereo Power Amplifier. This new power amplifier produces 185 watts per channel into 8 ohms and can be bridged to a 620 watt mono-block. It is perfect as a companion to the C658 BluOS Streaming DAC/preamplifier or as an additional 2-channel power amplifier for reference home theater systems. Key features include:

• Balanced line inputs
• Single-ended line inputs
• Input level control for matching to other amplifiers
• Line output for daisy chaining to other amplifiers
• 12-Volt trigger input and output
• Auto turn-on with selectable threshold
